She began her journey at Mohawk College, earning an Honours Diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness in 2017, followed by an Honours Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2019. Committed to lifelong learning, she went on to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a third Honours Diploma in Health Promotion from the University of Guelph-Humber in 2023.
