Dans ses motsEmilie a obtenu son diplôme du programme de maîtrise en physiothérapie de l'Université d'Ottawa en 2014. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme, elle s’est engagée dans plusieurs programmes de formation continue, tel que le dry needling, l’évaluation sélective des mouvements fonctionnels, différentes techniques de relâchement musculaire et de mobilisation avec le mouvement. Elle est copropriétaire de l’Institue de la santé et physiothérapie Max boulevard Dieppe depuis 2018. Son approche thérapeutique repose largement sur l’évaluation fonctionnelle des différents mouvements du corps, des différentes techniques manuelles ainsi que sur la prescription d’exercices personnalisés pour chaque individu. Elle a un grand intérêt pour le traitement des débalancements musculaires. Emilie a toujours aimé l’activité physique et adore vivre une vie active. Elle est aussi un instructeur au Studio-Aerial art and fitness.
Emilie graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Master of Physiotherapy program in 2014. After graduating, she became involved in several continuing education programmes, such as dry needling, selective evaluation of functional movements, various techniques of muscle relaxation and mobilization with movement. She is co-owner of the Max health institute and physiotherapy on boulevard Dieppe since 2018. Her therapeutic approach relies largely on the functional evaluation of the different movements of the body, different manual techniques as well as the prescription of personalized exercises. She has a great interest in the treatment of muscle unbalance. Emilie has always loved physical activity and loves to live an active life. She is also an instructor at Studio-Aerial art and fitness.
