It immediately sparked her curiosity as it looked like something she could benefit from. She booked a stretch session and instantly loved how her body felt afterwards; Emilly felt an increase in my range of motion and felt more aligned in her body. Since obtaining her FST certification, she loves that she is able to help others to feel better and move more freely in their bodies.
