Dans ses motsEmily is a dedicated Massage Therapist committed to helping her patients achieve their therapeutic goals. She provides care in a bright, welcoming space that is inclusive for everyBODY.
She graduated with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Physical Education, where she was also a member of the Wilfrid Laurier Competitive Dance Team. While working as a physiotherapy assistant, Emily discovered her passion for massage therapy. She went on to complete the Accelerated Massage Therapy Program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology, designed for Kinesiology graduates.
Emily has advanced training in Sport Massage, Clinical Massage Therapy Cupping, Infant Massage, and Advanced Myofascial Techniques and Functional Movement Assessments. She also has a strong interest in prenatal and postpartum massage, supporting individuals through every stage of pregnancy and recovery. Her focus is on helping patients experience less painful pregnancies, improved birth experiences, and more supported postpartum healing. Emily takes a thoughtful, supportive approach to care, empowering new and expectant parents to feel their best throughout pregnancy and beyond.
She is experienced in treating both acute and chronic injuries, preventing injury, and managing musculoskeletal conditions. Her approach includes individualized assessments, hands-on treatment, and home care strategies, ensuring patients have the tools they need to feel and function at their best. Emily integrates advanced massage techniques, Swedish massage, cupping therapy, strengthening, and movement while always supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
Outside the clinic, Emily enjoys spending time with loved ones, relaxing at the cottage, exploring new restaurants, and staying active through fitness classes, hiking, and walks.
