« Individual therapy, or personal therapy, is a one-on-one session tailored to the client's needs. Many of our therapists work from a trauma-informed cognitive-behavioural approach and try their best to meet clients where they are. We do our very best to offer the most compassionate and understanding space possible so clients can feel safe and understood. No matter who you choose, all our therapists are trauma-certified, neurodivergent informed, and specialize in areas such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, relationship issues, work-related stress, and grief. Specialized therapy for adult Autism/ADHD is also available for those who are interested. »
