Hi, I’m Emma and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I completed my masters degree in counselling psychology and my undergraduate degree in psychology. I started in working in the community mental health space several years ago serving the dual diagnosis population.

I take a directive yet compassionate trauma-informed approach to my work. I pull techniques from several modalities in my work, including EMDR, Gottman Method Couples, Cognitive behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Dialectal Behaviour therapy. My personalized method is designed to meet the unique needs of each client or couple.

Through integrative treatment, I will use evidence-based methods that empower my clients to recover and thrive, transforming their lives in meaningful ways
