As a newly registered massage therapist and proud honours graduate, I’m truly excited to begin this journey and share my passion for health, movement, and the human body with others. I’ve always been fascinated by the body’s incredible ability to heal, and I love helping people reconnect with themselves and feel empowered in their own healing through education, awareness, and therapeutic touch.
Having lived with chronic pain for over a decade—and experienced multiple concussions and whiplash injuries—I understand firsthand how challenging and limiting pain can be, both physically and emotionally. That experience has shaped my approach to care: I believe in working collaboratively with my patients to rebuild strength, mobility, and quality of life through movement, rehabilitation, and hands-on therapy.
I have a special interest in myofascial release, postural realignment, and rehabilitation-focused massage therapy. I’m passionate about supporting clients overcome injuries and manage a variety of conditions. Above all, I strive to create a welcoming, compassionate space where every treatment feels both restorative and empowering, and is tailored specifically for each patient.
Outside of the clinic, I love riding my motorcycle, hiking, and exploring new places—anything that feeds my sense of adventure and keeps me connected to movement and the outdoors.
