Within the therapy room, Emma cultivates an environment of authenticity, free from judgment, where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. She firmly believes that therapy should be tailored to the unique needs of each individual, rejecting any notion of a one-size-fits-all approach.
Emma specializes in a variety of areas including stress and burnout, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, people-pleasing, boundary setting, coping with autoimmune/chronic illness as well as life transitions and goal setting.
Committed to making therapy accessible, Emma offers free 15-minute consultations over the phone. This provides individuals with the opportunity to determine if she is the right fit for them and to address any questions or concerns they may have.
