Hi! I'm Erika and I am passionate about making people feel better! It's one of the many reasons I became an RMT. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, offering firm pressure as a baseline while tailoring each treatment to individual needs. In our sessions you can expect some deep tissue work, myofascial release, and stretching with a relaxing rhythmic flow.
The benefits of massage therapy not only come from the treatment provided but from helping you create a deeper understanding of how the body is adaptive and resilient. The combination of massage and education empowers you to reach your fullest potential!
I am happy to chat with clients about running, cycling and climbing as these are activities which I can be found doing in my spare time.
