Dans ses motsHi, I’m Erika, a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in physical rehabilitation and therapeutic care.
I graduated from Wellington College in 2024 with a diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy and also hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Philippines. With over 10 years of experience working as a Rehab Aide and Clinic Manager, I bring a strong understanding of injury recovery, body mechanics, and client-centered care.
I offer personalized treatments tailored to your needs, whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to relax and recharge. My techniques include myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and relaxation therapy, with a focus on improving mobility, reducing tension, and supporting overall well-being.
My goal is to help you feel better, move better, and leave each session feeling cared for and restored.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my dog, Astro. I also enjoy baking, cooking, karaoke, and exploring local restaurants.
