Erin Greer, RCC
À propos de Erin
Dans ses motsI support adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, grief, anger, climate-related distress, identity questions, communication challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in existential therapy and values-based work, narrative practices, and somatic awareness.
I see therapy as a space for steady reflection and practical change. Together we explore the questions, stories, emotions, and habits that shape your life. Some sessions focus on meaning-making and deeper inquiry. Others involve concrete tools for grounding, emotion regulation, values clarification, and responding differently to familiar triggers.
My background in counselling psychology and philosophy informs the way I work with curiosity, honesty, and a respect for the complexity of human experience. I aim to offer a calm, collaborative space where your experiences can be understood and where new possibilities can take shape.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Available in person in Saskatoon or online across Canada (with some provincial limitations).
If you are looking for a thoughtful, supportive environment to understand what you are carrying and explore what comes next, I would be glad to meet with you.
