Erin grew up in Lethbridge, Alberta where she competed as
a national stream gymnast and then as part of the varsity track
and field team at the University of Lethbridge. There she
graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and
went on to complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy
at the University of Alberta. Since graduating in 2009, Erin has
completed additional training in acupuncture, dry needling
(Gunn IMS), manual therapy, spinal manipulation and hip
rehabilitation.
Erin has worked primarily in a private practice setting,
treating sport injuries, repetitive use injuries, motor vehicle
accident injuries and more. She believes in the importance of
fully understanding her patients’ concerns and goals in order to
develop a successful treatment plan unique to each person.
Through sport and injuries of her own, Erin has recognized the
importance of activity specific treatments as well as injury
prevention.
Erin has a passion for learning and continues to further her
education in order to elevate her practice. When not working,
Erin enjoys staying active, travelling, and spending time with
her husband and 3 daughters.
