About Erin
Whether you're seeking a better understanding of yourself, wanting to shift long-standing patterns, or adjusting to a new chapter in life, Erin has spent a lot of time in rooms with people doing this work. She works with adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and experiences of change, loss, and growth.
Erin draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In the room, that looks like warmth, curiosity and honest questions, alongside enough structure to keep sessions connected to what you're hoping to work on. She makes space for the heavier, more vulnerable parts of the work and for humour and lightness when they naturally show up.
Erin's background in sexual health education informs her broader work on relationships, intimacy, body image and self-esteem, and she is well-suited to support clients who have experienced gender-based violence, including sexualized violence and sexual assault.
Clients often experience Erin as someone who makes space where they don't have to have everything figured out. She tends to blend open conversation with enough structure to help identify the patterns and experiences shaping what they came in with.
