About Erin
Erin is a Registered Dietitian and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with over ten years of eating disorder experience. She specializes in helping clients recover from eating disorders, develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies and is trained in teaching the principles of intuitive eating.
As a HAES®-aligned, weight-neutral practitioner, Erin supports clients in building a positive body image and self-worth that extends beyond weight, helping them find freedom from daily food struggles and body dissatisfaction. She also works with parents and caregivers, coaching and supporting them as they navigate eating disorders with their loved ones.
Erin also has a master’s degree in counselling psychology and works with adults, adolescents, children, parents, and caregivers experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. She is committed to understanding each person’s unique experience and tailoring interventions that fit their individual needs and goals.
Her approach is collaborative and client-centered, blending mindfulness-based therapy, emotion-focused therapy, person-centered and solution-focused approaches, and elements of DBT. Erin prioritizes culturally sensitive, gender and neurodivergent-affirming care and strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
She works alongside clients to develop practical skills and strategies that foster self-compassion, resilience, and a healthier relationship with food, body, and emotions, helping them successfully navigate life challenges.
