Etienne Asselin is a bilingual personal trainer with over 16 years of experience and the founder of The Exercise Mechanic, an educational initiative committed to elevating the standard of care in the fitness industry. He is also one of 5 Canadian fitness professionals holding the Honors designation from RTS International.
Etienne offers in-person, online, and hybrid exercise solutions for both sensitized populations and athletes alike. He takes a collaborative approach that prioritizes mutual understanding, compassion, sustainability and teamwork.
