Dans ses motsFaith has completed her 2200 hour massage therapy program at Alberta college of massage therapy, where she learned and developed her skills in clinic from 2022-2024
Her techniques include deep tissue, myofascial release, therapeutic techniques along with Swedish relaxation. She also has experience with prenatal massage.
Faith intends to expand her learning and grow her skills to be able to offer much more.
Faith believes that the mind body and spirit are all connected as one and where you might have your everyday mental stress, it can also be held and stored in your body. Her goal is to offer a sense of stress release and peace to her clients and will adapt her treatments to best suit a client's individual needs.
Her first treatments are usually 60 min relaxation with attention directed to your main complaints this is so she can get a map of your body and start to create a treatment plan best suited to you.
When Faith is not in clinic you will find her out on the lake fishing, hiking, on a road trip or reading a good book in the sun.
