About Farideh
Farideh is a registered physical therapist with over 25 years of clinical and educational experience across diverse healthcare settings, including university hospitals and private practice clinics. She has developed extensive expertise in treating a broad range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, pain management, neurological disorders, and geriatric rehabilitation. As Farideh considers herself a lifelong learner, she completed advanced training in the Integrated Systems Model (ISM) approach for assessing and managing musculoskeletal conditions and updated herself with a TMJ rehabilitation workshop in 2024.
Since 2007, Farideh has trained in pelvic health physiotherapy, providing comprehensive assessment and evidence-based treatment for a wide variety of pelvic floor dysfunctions, including pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. In addition to her clinical practice, she remains actively engaged in research and has published articles in internationally recognized scholarly journals in the field of physical therapy.
Farideh strongly believes that skilled, knowledgeable hands—guided by experience and compassion—can effectively manage pain, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life. She values building a collaborative, respectful, and supportive relationship with each patient, ensuring individualized care tailored to their unique goals.
