Dans ses motsFiona is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Kelowna campus of Vancouver Career College. Originally from England, she spent several years prior to college travelling between Big White Ski Resort and the South Island of New Zealand, teaching skiing and snowboarding.
During this time, she experienced her own injuries and rehabilitation journeys, which deepened her appreciation for the role of rehabilitation and manual therapy in recovery and performance. These experiences ultimately led her to pursue a career in massage therapy.
In clinical practice, Fiona focuses on helping patients overcome physical setbacks through injury rehabilitation, postural realignment, and stress reduction. Each treatment begins with a thorough assessment and a personalized treatment plan, with an emphasis on patient education and empowerment to support long term health and wellbeing.
In addition to her clinical work, Fiona is the Academic Director and an instructor at Sena College of Massage Therapy, where she is passionate about supporting students, advancing professional standards, and fostering an inclusive and evidence informed learning environment
