Dans ses motsGahoi completed her Bachelor of Physical Therapy at Korea University and worked for over seven years in private musculoskeletal practice in South Korea before advancing her career in Canada through the University of Toronto’s Ontario Internationally Educated Physiotherapy Bridging Program (OIEPB).
With a focus on personalized 1-on-1 care, Gahoi combines hands-on treatment and movement-based rehabilitation, using advanced manual therapy and dry needling techniques to release tension, restore movement, and address the root causes of pain. With her background as a certified Pilates instructor, she also emphasizes long-term strength, self-management, and prevention strategies so patients can return to the activities that matter most.
She is committed to staying up to date with the latest evidence and advanced training, ensuring her patients benefit from the most effective and safe care.
