Garth is a massage therapy graduate with a passion for helping others improve their physical and mental well-being through mindful, therapeutic care. Before pursuing massage therapy, he spent over a decade working in the animation industry, where he developed a strong awareness of how stress, posture, repetitive movement, and long hours at a desk can impact the body over time. This experience inspired him to transition into a career focused on helping people reduce pain, improve movement, and build healthier long-term habits through massage therapy and self-care. Garth incorporates techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, and active therapeutic approaches to help reduce pain, improve mobility, relieve stress, and promote relaxation. He takes a client-centered approach to treatment and is especially interested in helping clients experiencing postural dysfunction, chronic tension, repetitive strain, and stress-related discomfort. A graduate of Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy, Garth is focused on providing therapeutic care that supports relaxation, recovery, mobility, and overall wellness. Outside of the clinic, Garth enjoys painting, exercise, spending time in nature, dog walking, and exploring creativity through art and wellness.
