Dans ses motsGary is a Registered Physiotherapist with more than a decade of experience helping clients recover from injury, manage pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. He has extensive experience treating a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, from acute injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation to persistent pain, sports injuries, and concussion management.
Gary believes that successful rehabilitation starts with understanding the root cause of a problem. He combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and education to help clients move better, recover confidently, and achieve lasting results. His treatment approach is evidence-informed, practical, and tailored to each individual's goals and lifestyle.
Gary has completed extensive post-graduate training in orthopaedic physiotherapy, acupuncture, manual therapy, concussion rehabilitation, and pain management. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, he enjoyed a career in teaching, an experience that continues to influence his ability to educate and empower clients throughout their recovery.
Outside of clinical practice, Gary was instrumental in the establishment of the Spinal Cord Institute of Zambia and has provided sports coverage for both the Peterborough Petes and Peterborough Lakers Lacrosse. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Gary is fluent in English, French, Dutch, and Spanish.
