Genevieve Boyer is a Doctor of Acupuncture who also practices Upledger Craniosacral Therapy. She has been in practice treating families for almost two decades. Her treatments are informed by Chinese and Japanese approaches to treatment, along with a solid understanding of Western physiology and anatomy.
Genevieve takes an integrative approach to wellness. Her treatments may include Acupuncture, cupping, guasha, moxibustion, Acutonics, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki, as appropriate and within the comfort level of the patient. She also offers diet and lifestyle advice to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of the treatments when applicable.
Genevieve has extensive training in fertility enhancement and reproductive medicine and is a board-certified Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM). She also has specialised training for working with pregnant women, infants, and children, in both acupuncture and craniosacral therapy. Through her training in Shonishin and Acutonics, she can provide needle-free acupuncture treatments to children who are nervous about needles.
Conditions Genevieve treats regularly in the clinic include:

Genevieve also regularly treats children for a variety of issues using acupuncture and/or needle-free techniques. Challenges she regularly helps with for babies and children include:
- breastfeeding concerns, including supplemental care for tongue tie
- birth trauma
- colic, constipation, abdominal discomfort and other digestive system concerns
- sleep challenges (as age appropriate)
- allergies and asthma
- anxiety and stress reduction
- concentration and behavioural issues
- nervous system regulation support for neurodivergent children
Children who come in for treatment are provided with a small tub of Play-Doh that they can play with during the treatment (when age appropriate) and have a choice of small prize to choose from at the end of the treatment.
