I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Relationship Issues. I work with adults, youth (15+) and couples. My approach is grounded in Trauma-informed care and Somatic Mindfulness.

I have been a student of human behaviour for almost 20 years. Above all else, I aim to provide a non-judgmental space where we can explore all aspects of life and self. I particularly like working with individuals going through an Existential (mid-life) Crisis to find what they truly value.
In addition to my therapeutic approach, I am deeply passionate about the potential of Psychedelic Therapies and their integration into your mental health care. I believe that psychedelic experiences, when used responsibly and under proper guidance, can offer profound insights and breakthroughs in the therapeutic process.
