Gita began her career as a massage practitioner in 2019 after completing her education in
her home country of Latvia. She further expanded her professional experience through
international exchange programs in Estonia and Portugal, where she deepened her
knowledge of massage therapy and hands-on techniques.
With a background as a passionate athlete in her teenage years, Gita has maintained an
active lifestyle and a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on the body.
From the start of her practice, Gita discovered that her greatest professional fulfillment
comes from helping clients reduce pain, release muscular tension, and achieve a deeper
sense of relaxation—both physically and mentally. She believes that self-care is often
overlooked in today’s fast-paced world and takes pride in supporting her clients’ well-
being.
Gita tailors each treatment to the individual needs of her clients, incorporating a range of
techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and
aromatherapy massage.
Outside of the clinic, Gita enjoys spending time in nature, often with a hot cup of coffee.
