About Grant
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) that ensures warmth, compassion and a grounded presence to my work in the Psychological Field. I hold a BA in Psychology from Nipissing University, with minors in Social Welfare and Business
Administration. Additionally, I have recently completed my Masters of Arts in
Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
I support both individuals and couples with a variety of concerns such as relationship
issues, emotional dysregulation, depression, and anxiety. A foundational component within my approach is the principles of Choice Theory, additionally, modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are approaches that I resonate with as well.
I have a strong perspective that everyone is the author of their own story; within the
safety of sharing, understanding, support, and willingness to create meaningful change, one can work towards a life where joy is more than just a fleeting phenomenon.
I am accepting individuals and couples for both in-person and virtual sessions. If you
want to see if we are a good fit, please feel free to book in a 15-minute consultation.
