I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a Degree in Science. I bring a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, allowing me to deliver evidence-informed, results-driven treatments.
My approach is client-centered and highly personalized. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques—including Therapeutic and Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Orthopaedic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Myofascial Release—to help reduce pain, restore mobility, and support long-term wellness.
Having previously practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Melbourne, Australia, I bring a diverse global perspective and refined therapeutic skills to my practice. My goal is to help clients move better, feel better, and achieve their health goals safely and effectively.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy hiking, practicing yoga, reading sports magazines, and spending quality time with family and friends.
