“Went for a massage for the very first time. Gwen, one of their RMTs, took amazing care of me. Asked a decent amount of questions and let me know what I am to expect before, during, and after the session. Gwen knows what he’s doing and it showed in how he was always asking for consent and in how hard or soft he was massaging me. The place is not necessarily easily seen from the outside, but if you could follow directions on Google Maps and could easily swallow your pride to ask for directions once inside Empire towers, they are easy enough to find. One other notable feature is that they do direct billing. I was feeling a little woozy after my amazing massage and my insurance was fortunately able to cover my bill and I was sent off. Easy!
