Dr. Hailing (Mandy) grew up in Shanghai, China, and earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University. After experiencing her own health challenges, she received Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal and acupuncture treatments and was amazed by the results. This experience sparked a deep interest in TCM, particularly its holistic view of health and the connection between the human body and the universe. Inspired by this philosophy, she decided to change her career path.
Dr. Mandy completed a double major in Chinese Internal Traditional Chinese Medicine (CITCM) and received extensive training in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She has helped patients with a wide range of conditions, including pain syndromes, sleep disorders, digestive concerns, menstrual and gynecological issues, mental health challenges, and dermatological conditions. She also has experience supporting children with ADHD and autism.
In her clinical practice, Dr. Mandy follows Tang’s Three-Dimensional Acupuncture and Dr. Jiao’s Scalp Acupuncture, techniques known for their effective and often rapid results. She also has strong expertise in prescribing TCM herbal formulas tailored to each patient’s individual body constitution.
Dr. Mandy is deeply passionate about patient care. She takes the time to listen carefully, set realistic goals, and create personalized treatment plans that patients can comfortably commit to. Helping patients improve their health and quality of life is what drives her and makes her work truly fulfilling.
