Sometimes life can begin to feel heavy, confusing, or difficult to manage, and it’s not always easy to know where to start. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with individuals seeking greater clarity, stability, and well-being as they move through difficult seasons of life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you, recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll work to better understand what you’re experiencing, build on your existing strengths, and find practical, meaningful ways forward at a pace that feels right for you. I also have a particular interest in working with immigrants, newcomers, refugees, and those in intercultural relationships, shaped in part by my own lived experience. Wherever you find yourself right now, there is hope for things to feel different. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you and support you in your journey.
