About Hannah
I am both honoured and grateful to have the privilege to walk alongside children, youth, and adults on their healing journeys as a Certified Canadian Counsellor and ADH Coach (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity) at Island Clinical Counselling. I have over six years of experience working with folks of all ages in the helping field and have had the joy of working at Island Clinical Counselling since 2022. I offer a warm, calm approach grounded in a strong therapeutic alliance. With me, you can expect to find a collaborative, strengths-based, and respect-based approach that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. I enjoy supporting clients with a wide range of presenting challenges.
ADH coaching is a solution-focused approach to building upon strengths, navigating challenges, and developing tools to thrive with ADH. Together, we can learn more about ADH, understand how it impacts you, and collaborate to create a plan of action with concrete tools to meet your personal, educational, and professional goals.
