As a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Hannah’s style involves using a multitude of therapeutic and relaxation-based techniques that address your treatment needs and desired outcomes. She has a repertoire of treatment modalities, some of which include Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, trigger point release therapy, and joint mobilizations.
As an avid skier, hiker, runner, biker, and overall outdoor enthusiast herself, she is acutely aware of the demands that come from living an active life and how massage therapy can help support an active lifestyle. Hannah also has a very sports oriented background. As a previous elite level athlete herself, she understands the stringent demands that come with performing at high levels of sport and how massage therapy can help support performance and recovery.
