Haris is a physiotherapist who earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University. Haris strongly believes in the importance of being a lifelong learner, reflected through his advanced training in acupuncture and ongoing certification through the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) program.
Haris believes in empowering his clients with knowledge and ensuring they understand the root cause of their injuries. Haris believes in using a client-centred approach, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, acupuncture, and patient education. He will provide clients with an individualized treatment approach and will help develop goals that will optimize recovery.
Haris has had the opportunity to work with many amazing individuals ranging from elite athletes, weekend warriors, and even individuals with specific neurological conditions. He has a passion for helping individuals get back to doing the things that they love to do.
In his free time, you can find Haris playing basketball, working out, or trying out new restaurants around the city.
