« Pelvic floor physiotherapy is an effective treatment for conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. It also supports pre- and post-pregnancy rehabilitation and is highly beneficial following abdominal and pelvic surgeries, including C-sections, hysterectomies, or prostate surgeries. After surgery, the pelvic floor muscles may become weakened or impaired, affecting bladder, bowel, and sexual function. Through personalized exercises and manual therapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy helps restore muscle strength, mobility, and function, promoting a smoother recovery and improving overall quality of life. »2 optionsPelvic Floor Physiotherapy Treatment
