Kirat is a compassionate and dedicated acupuncturist who believes that true healing begins with understanding the whole person. Inspired by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she views health as a state of balance—much like nature, where every system works together in harmony. When the body becomes out of balance, symptoms can arise, and supporting the body in restoring that balance can help create a foundation for healing and well-being.
Kirat takes a gentle, individualized approach to treatment, taking the time to listen to each patient and understand their unique concerns, lifestyle, and health goals. Her treatments may incorporate acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and other Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques, tailored to each individual’s needs.
She believes that the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support. Her goal is to create a calm and welcoming space where patients feel heard, cared for, and comfortable throughout their healing journey.
With a strong passion for holistic health, Kirat is committed to helping her patients reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and support their overall well-being—one treatment at a time.
