With an academic background that includes a B.Sc. in Psychology from Dalhousie University and a post-graduate program in Addictions and Mental Health from Humber College, Harrison has spent the past three years at Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK), where he has contributed to enhancing mental health services. His therapeutic approach is centered on empowering clients to understand their unique mental processes and develop personalized strategies for overcoming challenges. Specializing in CBT, Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based therapies, Harrison focuses on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Outside of his practice, Harrison stays active and grounded through daily training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, an important aspect of his personal growth and well-being.
