Harsh was born and raised in BC. Growing up, Harsh spent a good chunk of his childhood playing sports, including basketball and football. His love of sports led him to pursue a Diploma in Human Kinetics in Kelowna, where he spent most of his non-study time snowboarding in the winter and swimming in the summers. After graduation, armed with a new understanding of the human body and how it moves, Harsh decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. He graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy from OVCMT in Vernon, before moving back to Vancouver. As a life-long athlete, Harsh knows firsthand the importance of proper movement and form when it comes to a healthy body. His goal is to not only help patients recover from their injuries, but to prevent future injuries from occurring by teaching his clients the importance of proper movement in their bodies. Outside of the treatment room, you can find Harsh playing basketball, hiking and skiing in the local mountains, running and hanging with his family.
