Elemental: A Women's GroupNew patient

« Elemental is a five-week women’s therapy group designed to nurture connection, creativity, and self-discovery through the wisdom of the five elements— Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether (Spirit). Each week we gather in community to support one another, share what’s present in our lives, and explore what it means to come home to ourselves. While the group will respond to the real experiences and themes brought by participants, each session will also be guided by the symbolic and emotional qualities of one of the elements. Through art-making, reflection, and gentle dialogue, we’ll explore grounding and stability (Earth), emotional flow (Water), empowerment and transformation (Fire), voice and clarity (Air), and connection to spirit and integration (Ether). Together, we’ll use the creative process to deepen awareness, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with vitality, meaning, and the sacredness of belonging — to ourselves, to each other, and to the world around us. Elemental will be co-facilitated by Helen MacMillan (RCT-C) and Sarah Peacock (RAT, Counselling Intern), who bring warmth, presence, and experience in expressive arts and trauma-informed practice to create a supportive space for exploration and growth. The investment for Elemental is $50 per session, or $200 for the full five-week series. Sessions are billable under most extended health benefits that cover counselling. We believe that healing spaces should be accessible to everyone— no one will be turned away for lack of ability to pay. Please reach out to discuss sliding scale options if needed. »
