About Hilary
Hilary is a dedicated, heart-led practitioner who bridges modern science and ancient wisdom to help others reconnect with the innate intelligence of their bodies. As a psychosomatic energy practitioner and Reiki Master, Hilary draws on various modalities such as Spinal Energetics, Spinal Flow, and intuitive bodywork to offer a deeply integrative approach that supports nervous system regulation, the cultivation of embodied awareness, and the release and integration of long-held patterns.
Grounded in foundational studies in neuroscience and psychology at the University of Toronto, Hilary’s path has always been guided by a profound curiosity about the relationship between body, mind, and consciousness - and the inherent potential that lives within each of us. This continues to guide her work and ongoing studies today, as she remains devoted to understanding the deeper essence beneath somatic and energetic practices, as well as our physical, emotional, and subtle anatomy, and how they contribute to the many layers of conscious experience.
Her approach is trauma-informed and compassionate, grounded in the belief that healing begins when every part of us is welcomed. She honours the body’s adaptive wisdom and welcomes the whole of someone’s story, recognising that we are all shaped by what we’ve lived through.
Hilary’s sessions gently guide awareness toward aspects of the body, nervous system, and subtle energy fields that may not typically be in your conscious awareness - places where emotion, tension, or energy have become bound through lived experience. When these patterns are met with presence and curiosity, energy begins to shift, and a renewed sense of flow and clarity can emerge.
Her work often supports those navigating chronic physical pain, structural and postural issues, stress-related conditions, developmental trauma, fatigue, anxiety, and patterns of overextension or burnout - helping the body to re-establish safety and the mind reconnect with the present moment. Before stepping into the healing arts, Hilary spent a decade in global corporate environments and leadership roles. This experience enables her to meet clients with empathy and a grounded presence, particularly those who struggle with high-pressure environments, disconnection, and constant output.
She continues to deepen her studies in psychosomatic therapeutic approaches, including Embodied Processing, Root Cause Therapy, and other neuro-somatic practices, which aim to explore the roots of trauma, anxiety, addiction, and ways to support truly embodied and integrated transformation.
