Hollie Sheppard holds a Master's in School Counselling and a Bachelor's of Education Degree. She is a highly experienced School Guidance Counsellor, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, and Teacher, with over two decades of dedication to working with youth. Throughout her career, Hollie has served as a Teacher, School Guidance Counsellor, Administrator, and Special Education Teacher. As a School Counsellor, she offered personal and group counselling, as well as presentations, on a wide range of mental health and special education issues.
Hollie specializes in supporting persons with ADHD, depression, learning disabilities, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, anxiety, grief, and loss. She is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their challenges and develop coping strategies to thrive.
Hollie is a person-centered, growth mindset, and solution-focused counsellor, with a deep passion for serving those who have experienced loss of any kind. Hollie’s passion for grief counselling developed due to experiencing her own painful losses. Hollie’s personal journey to healing ignited her passion to empower others to move beyond the grief caused by loss and live a happy, healthy life. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and find hope.
