Holly Anderson is a Registered Psychologist with a master's degree in counselling psychology. She uses a direct approach to therapy while empowering clients to lead in the process. By fostering a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients and utilizing evidence-based techniques focusing on the brain and the body, areas for growth and unique strengths are uncovered. Additionally, her master-level training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy can guide clients through a variety of mental health concerns and past traumas.
Holly is passionate in supporting couples in a variety of stages in their relationship. Whether recovering from infidelity, stuck in negative patterns, on the verge of divorce/break-up, or just needing a boost in intimacy. Additionally, adult transition stages, parenting concerns, addiction, and anxiety are just some of her areas of focus when working with individuals.
Holly is a mother of 3 young adults who believes a balanced life is key. Physical activity, mindfulness, and social connections can help manage a life that sometimes feels overwhelming. With compassion and humour, Holly works together with clients and families to increase their understanding of their unique strengths and to discover areas of need to facilitate positive changes in their lives.
