Dans ses motsHolly is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong passion for movement, performance, and helping individuals stay active in the activities they love. She completed the Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma program at Algonquin College and previously studied Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College. Holly is also an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and is always seeking opportunities to further her education and expand her skill set.
With over a decade of competitive swimming experience, Holly has always had a strong connection to sport and performance. She now channels that passion into her own training as she prepares for her first Ironman 70.3. This athletic background gives her a strong understanding of the physical demands that training and sport place on the body.
Holly particularly enjoys working with clients seeking athletic recovery and injury management, mobility limitations, and TMJ dysfunctions. She has pursued mentorships to expand her TMJ treatment techniques and has also completed additional education in lymphatic facial treatments. She continues to further her education in these areas to provide well-rounded, individualized care. Holly has built a practice that thoughtfully blends relaxation with therapeutic and recovery-focused care.
Outside of the clinic, Holly enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. She can often be found cycling through Gatineau Park, playing beach volleyball or flag football in the summer, or planning her next race or physical challenge. She’s also a coffee lover and foodie.
