Dans ses motsHong has been practicing as an RMT since 2016. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from China (2010) and completed advanced certification as a Medical Acupuncture Practitioner at McMaster University in 2017.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Hong is dedicated to helping clients reduce stress, release tension, ease pain, and restore balance to both body and mind. She specializes in Swedish, Prenatal, and Deep tissue massage, and is also skilled in complementary modalities such as Reflexology, Cupping, Acupuncture, and Hot Stone Massage. These techniques support the circulation of energy, enhance relaxation, and promote natural healing.
Drawing from both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine approaches, Hong combines massage, acupuncture, cupping, reflexology, and hot stone therapy to encourage the smooth flow of qi (life force energy) and bring the body back into harmony. She offers her services in both English and Mandarin, creating a welcoming and accessible experience for diverse clients.
