Honor is an experienced physiotherapist with skill in treating all areas of the body and has an interest in foot biomechanics and orthotics. She uses several techniques including deep tissue massage/manipulation, Graston Technique, Gokavi IMS, and acupuncture. Honor is a keen golfer, a marathon runner (completed two) and recently won a gold medal in the World Masters Games in Italy in women’s soccer. Through her active lifestyle, Honor has had her fair share of injuries and can relate to her clients' concerns and their individual journey to wellness.
