Meet Alex, a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Alex is registered and in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). With training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a strong foundation in anatomy and musculoskeletal health, Alex provides an integrative approach to care that addresses both the root causes of imbalance and physical symptoms. Treatments may include acupuncture, cupping, and therapeutic massage to support pain relief, stress reduction, and functional recovery. Alex has a particular interest in helping clients with chronic pain, muscle tension, stress-related conditions, and mobility concerns. By combining acupuncture with manual therapy when appropriate, treatments are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Guided by a patient-centred philosophy and a commitment to safe, ethical, and evidence-informed practice, Alex works collaboratively with clients to support long-term health and well-being.
