Dans ses motsIndu is an orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapist. She studied kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, and physiotherapy at the prestigious University of London in the United Kingdom. She has experience in treating various injuries and has also worked in acute care across hospitals in the U.K.
Indu uses a combination of exercise, education, and manual therapy to help clients achieve their goals. She firmly believes in a client-centered approach and encourages her clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation. She has enhanced her career by taking the Level 1,2, and 3 pelvic health courses, and has her acupuncture/dry needling certificate.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing with her son, her dog, and spending time with her husband and family. She loves to catch up on the latest shows on Netflix and loves to perform karaoke!

A pelvic floor physiotherapy pessary session is a specialized appointment to fit a pessary device. A pessary is a medical silicone device that is inserted vaginally to help manage symptoms of prolapse or stress urinary incontinence. The session is performed by a pelvic health therapist who has done additional certification in pessary fitting and management of a pessary. The session will involve a history taking, assessment and fitting as well as other pelvic health treatment as necessary. It make take a couple of trials to find the pessary that is the best fit for you.
