Dans ses motsMy approach to therapy is grounded, empathetic and non-judgemental.
The therapy relationship is the core of the process. I don’t shy away from hard truths and stay open and curious to your lived experiences and how they have shaped you. I gently help you to uncover patterns that may not be serving you at a pace that is supportive and sustainable.
I bring a deep appreciation for how our family backgrounds and cultural expectations shape the way we move through the world. If your life has spanned different cultures or countries, I understand the delicate balancing act of managing competing expectations and trying to belong in multiple spaces at once. I hold a special space for women, parents and caregivers, who are rethinking the roles they play in their relationships, stepping into new chapters of life, and managing the relentless pressure to 'do it all.' We can work together to ease the heavy mental load of unlearning old habits and forging a new, more authentic path for you and your family.
In our work together I draw from existential therapy, psychodynamic, person-centered therapy, somatic therapy and mindfulness approaches.
I’m also open to a spiritually integrated approach to therapy, for those that wish to use their spirituality or faith as part of their healing process
