Ivy graduated from Okanagan valley college of massage therapy in Vernon in 2017. Her love for helping people and interest in anatomy and physiology was what initially drew her to massage therapy. Ivy worked at an old folks home for 6 years and soon realized that her passion was to help people heal their bodies for the best performance possible. Through listening to the body and client goals she is able to determine what needs to be worked on to get maximum benefit for her clients.
Ivy focuses on getting to the root of the problem in her treatments. She is happy to be able to help her clients on the path to recovery and maintenance of good health. Ivy’s treatment style includes myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, joint manipulation and stretching to help reach her clients goals of optimal overall health and physical performance. Maternity massage, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and post surgery care are some common reasons people come to see Ivy. When not at work, her hobbies include spending time with friends and family, travelling, snowboarding, hiking, camping, going to the gym and playing with her puppy Olive.
