Alexandra graduated from Algonquin College's Massage Therapy program in 2010 and has been a dedicated member of our team since 2011. With over a decade of clinical experience, she is known for her intuitive touch, calming presence, and thoughtful, personalized approach to care.
Her practice is deeply rooted in nervous system regulation, stress relief, and long-term recovery. Alexandra is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and find a sense of calm and resilience in both body and mind.
In her commitment to holistic healing and lifelong learning, Alexandra recently returned to school to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. She is excited to integrate acupuncture into her practice-offering deeper, more comprehensive support for her clients' well-being.
Alexandra looks forward to offering acupuncture treatments starting in early 2026, expanding her ability to support clients with a truly integrative approach.
