About Jade
Jade Jollymore is a Registered Physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience and a highly individualized, integrative approach to care. She combines manual therapy, biomechanics, movement assessment, and ergonomics to help patients better understand the root causes of pain, injury, and movement limitations.
Jade’s clinical approach looks beyond symptoms alone. She considers how the body moves both inside and outside the clinic — including posture, work setup, activity habits, training load, and day-to-day movement patterns — to create treatment plans that are practical, targeted, and built for long-term function.
She has developed a strong niche in integrative ergonomics, working as an ergonomic consultant across federal government departments in Ottawa, the Canadian private sector, and with international clients. Her experience includes conducting complex workplace assessments and optimizing physical environments to reduce pain, improve comfort, and support sustainable movement.
Jade is also a Certified Running Gait Analyst, working with runners of all levels — from those returning to activity after injury to high-volume endurance athletes. Her approach integrates detailed gait analysis, hands-on manual therapy, and targeted strength programming to address underlying contributors rather than chasing symptoms.
Outside of clinical practice, Jade is an accomplished marathon runner who has completed four of the six Abbott World Marathon Majors. She is deeply connected to the Ottawa running community and can often be found training along the canal and local pathways.
Patients appreciate Jade’s approachable style, clinical precision, and genuine investment in helping them move better, feel better, and return to the activities that matter most.
