Jade MacDonald is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Eastern College in August 2020. She is a member of both the CMTNB and AMTNB. Having grown up playing a variety of sports, Jade experienced numerous injuries that required massage therapy and physiotherapy, allowing her to witness firsthand the benefits of treatment. Her fascination with the human body led her to initially pursue studies in kinesiology, but she ultimately chose to focus on massage therapy to help others in their healing journeys. Specializing in deep-tissue techniques, Jade has also completed courses in cupping and gua-sha, further enhancing her skill set. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys being active in ice sports, particularly hockey, ringette, and recreational skating. Additionally, she loves to hike, especially during the summer months, embracing the beauty of the outdoors.
